O hotel nunca se comunicou comigo e eu não fui para um hotel com minha família que nem se quer teve a coragem de confirmar minha estadia, era de madrugada quando cheguei com Crianças preferi outro hotel que se comunicava comigo.

It took 35 minutes before we were acknowledged as wanting to check in and another 30 minutes before we got our room keys. There were 5 people operating the checkin desk but only 1 seemed to have the authority to do anything. The locals seemed also to be frustrated at the long wait.

Cost savings (by hotel) evident everywhere you loo
Pitch black (i.e. very dark passageways) until you trip the sensors. Very little security on the windows of the room. Staff were asked twice to open my safety deposit box, but never did. Avoid this hotel - not in a nice part of town.
