HOUSE BETWEEN SEA & MOUNTAIN IN A SMALL VILLAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF ORANGE TREES
Pretty typical house renovated in the art of local traditions, very comfortable, it has fairly spacious indoor & outdoor common areas as well as little corners for those who like to isolate themselves.
It includes: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + a dormitory that can accommodate 4 or 5 children or teenagers in double beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with fireplace, 1 kitchen open to the outdoor patio + a swimming pool maintained all year round.
It is just as pleasant to enjoy the house and its exteriors in winter because it is often mild during the day in the middle of December; you can have lunch outdoors, picnic on the beach which is 12 minutes by car, stroll in the mountains or in the Marjal National Park .. then meet up & warm up in the evening with family or friends around a good chimney fire.
The village is small but has 3 bars / restaurants, a bakery, a butcher shop as well as a small grocery store.
From June to September, at the end of our street, the village's municipal swimming pool opens its doors, with a 50 m pool under the vigilant supervision of a lifeguard, which is very pleasant and reassuring for children and their parents.
Your welcome in the house "CASADSUBIA" on Instagram, will be made by Rosa, the lady who maintains the house in our absence, and who has lived in the village since her childhood.
If you like honey, our neighbor ALVARO, is a beekeeper and he sells the best honey in the world, do not hesitate to come see us and taste his 100% natural products ;-)
