The hotel saw better days.
The hotel saw better days. But my biggest issue was loud music from nearby club. Every night the DJ lost went crazy between 2 and 4am. Apart from this it was kind of OK.

20 min walk away from beach
The appartment fits 4 pple. Cheap out of season. Double check you are not near an all night Arabic music disco. I was in room 203 with a leaky toilet. Had to put towels down. After 2 days moved to another room. Double check the hot water works & dont let the porter distract you with small talk. Green eyed day receptionist is not trust worthy. He took a whole pack of strong UK painkillers for a hangover & did not return the rest. After check out I realised my second packet was missing & my jungle fever mosquito spray. . Ladies thoroughly clean rooms daily. Tip them generously. WiFi only works in reception. Pool side was dirty with bird droppings.

Overall a dirty hotel. Not much in the way of supplies in the kitchen. Beds were pretty awful...like a camp mattresses. Not much to write home about. View was good of the ocean if you were in the highest room which we were. Wierd design - you walk along the roof to get to the room. Ours was super far away from the entrance with a lot of stairs. All in all a bit of a five of a hotel but we made it work.

Get what you pay for
Needs a renovation...clean but just old. The big problem is the pool...they "clean" it from 10am to 12pm so you can't use it. it's really small and not very pleasant. Hotel is close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc and is right next to the beach. Price is very cheap if booked through Expedia but you get what you pay for. There are much better places for a bit more money

We went to Agadir for two weeks, but only stayed a week in Igoudar, and moved to another hotel for the second week, read on to find why. The good: - Building architecture. - Friendly cleaners. - Location (ish). - That's about it. The bad (deep breath): - Smoking EVERYWHERE, reception, hallway, rooms etc. - The room stank of smoke/nicotine/tar so badly it triggered my asthma. Opening the windows and doors didn't help, it was so strong it refused to disappear. - Receptionists are useless mostly, we asked for a different room but the request was not fulfilled, except for the young guy (Abdul Ilah) he was friendly and helpful, but never had powers to do anything with regards to room re-arrangements. - Toilet was leaking, asked for repair, they stuck a basin under the leak instead! - Rooms have no privacy what-so-ever, there are no curtains (yes, you read that right), you either leave windows open, or use a sliding-door-like window to cover glass, which leaves no room for light to get through! - Ants, but that's excepted in Morocco I believe. - No Wifi in rooms, Wifi in reception is acceptable, but very unreliable, as you get the whole hotel guests sitting there using it! Overall, it was a bad experience, I even considered cutting the trip short but that was too expensive. Luckily, Studio Afoud saved the day, it was way better in every regard, only if we gone there from day one! Regards.

Oh well been booked for 5 people and been give room for 4 first night then moved next day to 2nd floor whit toddler also no hot water complain about it every day keep turned off the pouiller the swimming pool was dirty no entertainment no restaurant open so never again and they been worded by experia thy got the title on eall big jook

It was a horrible experience
The hotel was horrible It smelled like mildew . I had hard time sleeping from the smell. The beds were very uncomfortable I think the floor would have been better. Owners don't take care of the hotel. I only stayed one might even though I booked four and I was told the rest of my money will be returned wrong, nothing was returned.... Nice apartments close to the beach
We stayed here in May 2014 for 10 days. The apartments are very clean and the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and some very good nearby restaurants. I'd recommend the Jardin D'Eau and the Dome very highly for both the standard of food and the service. We took a taxi to the supermarket Marjane to buy our provisions. It is just like any other western supermarket but it is convenient and has everything you could imagine wanting for the duration of your stay.

Basic Hotel very close to Jemma El Fna Square
The Hotel is very basic 2 star and is very close to the famous Jemma EL Fena Square in old town Marrakech. Its on the main road next to main bus stops and oppsite the grand Katoubia Mosque Tower. Staff are firendly and and always happy to help. Breakfast is basic and consists of fresh OJ, Yogurt and Croissants also you can request a fried egg if you want it. The bedroom and bathrooms are very ancient Morrocon type but clean, bedding and towels changed regularly. The cleaners are always working non stop. It also has a basic spa costs 300 Dhms for 1hr massage. Nothing special but does the job. To be honest this is a basic hotel at a basic price and the only best thing about it its location right on the edge of the square. Wifi is only avail in reception or on the rooftop, very poor signal in the rooms. At this price you cant really complain and it satisfied our needs.

Loved it!!!
We got their at 2am, staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Cleaners were in everyday and did a v.good job (be sure to tip them if you can) Nice and quiet at night. Pool was standard size. Beach was a 5min walk. Everything was local. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Best holiday by far. Will defo be back sooner than I thought.
