This contemporary masterpiece is more than just a villa; its an immersive experience, meticulously designed to cater to the discerning tastes of those seeking the epitome of refined comfort and modern sophistication. Every aspect of the villa exudes an air of exclusivity and indulgence, from its sleek architectural lines to its meticulously curated interior spaces

Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, an open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a sense of fluidity and connectivity that invites relaxation and conviviality. The living room offers a sofa, 74" Smart TV with Netflix, and direct access to the pool area. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light while framing the captivating vistas outside. Next to the living room area is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island table and chairs, and an indoor dining area for six people. Additionally, a WC is also located on this level.


On this level, there is a bedroom as follows:


Bedroom 1: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), closet, access to the pool and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.


Lower floor


Descending the staircase, the lower floor of the villa awaits with the 2 more bedrooms including:


Bedrooms 2: 2 single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a king-size bed with a mattress topper, 32" Smart TV, A/C, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, direct access to the outdoor area.


Bedrooms 3: King size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 32" Smart TV, A/C, sitting area with a cozy sofa, balcony with sitting area offering stunning views of the sea and Spinalonga island.


Moreover, this level hosts a range of facilities designed to cater to diverse interests, ensuring ample activities for all:

The exterior of Bright Villa covers 75 m2 and offers many facilities including:

Elounda Bright Villa is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


**Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
