An eight-seater dining table in the dining room. A six-seater lounge with three recliners in the living room, bookshelf, TV with Netflix, Free-to-Air, Kayo, and Disney+, and a cozy fireplace. Three-seater queen-sized sofa bed and a piano for added enjoyment.

Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.

Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
