Family Holiday House located in the perfect position directly in Agnes water town centre conveniently close to cafes, restaurants & specialty shops plus a short stroll to Agnes Water main beach. A modern home offering 4 spacious bedrooms plus an amazing roof top viewing area and sun deck. Including a private parents retreat with 2 balconies & office desk. Stay cool in summer with the split system aircon in the upper and lower levels & enjoy movie night with free high speed internet. Linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your beach towels. Off street parking is provided with a large undercover area with 3m clearance for a boat with car connected plus a fenced yard - 1 outside dog is permitted with approval.
Please note directive for use of the roof top viewing area - children must be supervised at all times & be accompanied by an adult. The access hatch needs to be kept closed when not in use.
