Vacation apartment in a residential complex in Agra, a small village on a hill overlooking Lake Maggiore. You will be able to enjoy a splendid view, especially from the pool. In the evenings you will appreciate the idyllic tranquility of Agra and enjoy the panoramic view of the sunset from the garden. The large fenced lawn makes this accommodation a particularly suitable place for families with children The place is ideal as a starting point for excursions around the lake. In Luin, just a few kilometers away, ferries leave for the other towns of the lake and for the Borromean Islands. Along the lake you can taste the local delicacies in the nice restaurants. Nearby are numerous marked hiking trails. On request and for a fee: WiFi, high chair and crib. In the complex: IVM162, IVM163 and IVM164.

Urlaub in Agra
Agra ist ein kleines tolles Dorf, man kann sehr gut essen. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch schön. Jedoch kanarzen die Betten sehr, das müsste man sich mal ansehen. Schade das es keine Auflagen für die liegen gibt, es fehlen ein paar Dinge in der Küche wie Grillzange. Etc. Es war aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub

gut erholt!
Meine Familie und ich waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub im Juli 2023 in dieser Ferienwohnung. Positiv wirkte die von Beginn an sehr freundliche (deutschsprachige) Betreuung vor Ort, der nahe Zugang zum erfrischenden Pool, die herzliche Atmosphäre in der Ferienanlage, die gepflegte Gartenanlage (Rasen gut gepflegt, Büsche in Blüte). Die Umgebung von Agra bietet Wander- und Ausblicksmöglichkeiten. Nachteilig war der etwas längere, oft gewundene Weg von Luino am See bis hinauf zum Bergdorf Agra. An die kurvenreiche und teils enge Landstraße muss man sich erst gewöhnen (v.a. in Anbetracht des offensiven Fahrstils vieler Einheimischer). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es eigentlich nur in Luino (dafür dort aber 7 Tage die Woche bis 24.00). Die in einer vorherigen Bewertung angesprochene Hellhörigkeit haben wir auch bemerkt - wir haben es aber nicht als sehr störend empfunden.

Ferienwohnung nicht zentral gelegen.
Leider haben die Bilder mehr versprochen. Das Haus besteht aus drei Wohnungen und ist extrem hellhörig. Der Rasen vor dem Pool war auf Grund von Ungepflegtheit eine hohe, blühende Wiese. Wespenstiche vorprogrammiert. Das Haus ist für Wanderer gut, wer aber am Lago Maggiore seine Zeit verbringt nicht gut gelegen.

Schönes Ambiente mit tollem Blick
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Außensanlage ist gepflegt und schön angelegt. Der Pool ist sauber und wird regelmäßig gewartet und Wasserproben genommen. Rundum ein schönes Objekt, nur leider etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Ca.12-15 Minuten mit dem Auto den Berg rauf vom Ort Luino entfernt. Dafür aber eine schöne Aussicht und die Ruhe.
