We stayed in this hotel for one night and was glad it wasn’t more. The rooms on first inspection aren’t exactly what you expect. It’s probably what the hotel looked like A decade or 2 ago. But it’s acceptable for the price. The main concern was the burn marks around the plugs and luckily our electronics were fully charged. In first inspection the room room looked clean enough, but when we got a little more settled I started noticing bits which weren’t right, stains on one of our towels, a slight tea stain look on the bed and a mirror which hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The stay was made worse by the extremely noisy family next door. However the staff were brilliant when I went down at 11pm to ask the room next door if they could be a little quieter. They rang straight away and apologised to me for the noise and being unable to sleep. Other than that the room was lovely and quiet and we couldn’t hear any of the traffic noise outside! It was a massive positive to the room.
The property is very near to Taj Mahal, 8-10 min walk only. Though the room was big, the electrical equipments and sockets were faulty or not functional. The bathroom was not clean and the faucets were old and dirty. For the price Expedia charged, the overall experience was very poor. Our driver told us that there are better hotels nearby Taj about half the price we paid. We feel like we got ripped off.
It Says Breakfast Included. There was two option only Alu Paratha and Pasta.
Outside Foods are not allowed. Resturant does not accepts the Card Transaction its only Cash.
Very Bad bedsheets and cover. TV was operating but no channels to view.
I would suggest not to recommend this hotel in future.
I booked a deluxe double room with view for 3 nights six months in advance.
I arrived at 10pm after a 6 hour train trip. I was given a room with double bed and an absolutely disgusting bathroom and no view. The bathroom sink couldn't be turned off and water just flowed all night. Elsewhere water dripped all night. Bathroom floor wet all night. It was a ground floor room and down hall people talking loudly and banging all night in foyer area.
Next morning I demanded a new room and staff happily provided room on 1st floor with window onto side street. This room was quite suitable for the price except mattress was so hard sleep was very difficult. If given this room first night I would have made no complaint and happy with this hotel.
No explanation or apology given by hotel.
Location was good, a/c good, WiFi good, safe area, walking distance to Taj Mahal. Restaurant was okay but very slow service even when no other customers.
On 1st floor room shower wets whole bathroom floor and it stays wet. Sheets were yellow and stained but probably cleaned and just very old.
Not sure of better offerings in accommodation in Agra. But if choose this hotel avoid ground floor room.
I did not enjoy the attitude or level of service from the hotel staff who were not very welcoming.

Disliked: Staff & service
It was ok. Great for the Taj Mahal but not really anything else. Customer service left a lot to be desired and booking a trip with them is not recommended
Overall an OK stay for one night to see the Taj Mahal and nearby attractions. Bed was comfortable but room and bathroom extremely muggy and stuffy. They didn’t have a record of our reservation when we arrived even though it was booked and prepaid, but still got the room we expected. The restaurant was pretty expensive compared to everywhere else we’ve eaten in india and the food was just ok. Also don’t book busses onward through the hotel.. they charge double what you will pay online or at travel counters and you still have to get yourself to the bus station. Same for private transfers... go with Uber or Ola cabs instead.
The hotel is idea for visiting The Taj, nice big rooms and a great warm shower (the shower is timed and only warm at certain times). Staff are helpful, we booked two nights but only stayed one as apart from The Taj, there’s not really anything to do in the area.
Amazing location, can walk to Taj Mahal and stores nearby. Front desk staff can speak English very well. Restaurant is fairly priced. Only complaint is the washroom needed some updating as the room was modern and lovely, while the washroom was very old, outdated and felt like a dungeon.
Unfortunately the rooms were made to look clean but when we went to go to sleep the beds had been slept in with food stains and rice in the bed. YUCK.
They moved us to another room but we still felt beds weren't very clean.
Breakfast services were slow, and my husbands coffee never arrived after asking for it twice we left.
Don't stay here

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel was probably a little bit run down with an extremely basic bathroom we were also disappointed it didn’t have its advertised safe as that is one of the items I specifically look for when choosing a hotel. Having said that for a 1 night stay to visit the taj mahal it was ok as it was clean and no more than a 10 minute walk away.
Clean, good standard hotel with a lovely , large bedroom . Was such a perfect base for staying over and visiting the Taj Mahal. I went with family of 4 and our large room was spacious and clean. thanks
It was an excellent experience with very preasent staff. Mr. Pathak and other staff members went above and beyond of what can be expected from the hotel staff. These gentlemen got us in touch with a photographer at Taj, who had given us a wrong CD and had no contact info. The photographer was of no help, but the staff from the hotel phoned us again to see if they can be of further help to us. Thanks you all very much!
