A very great hotel to stay in for all the sightseeing in Agra. Only 10 mins to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and accessible to food outlets too. It was a clean room with a large bed and nice view of the Taj Mahal (although quite far so be prepared to use the zoom on your cameras). Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location and close to Taj Mahal & Agra fort Entry Gates. The staff were courteous and respectful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But there were a few issues. The room card did not open our room twice and had to go to the front desk to get that fixed. The A/C units were making a lot of noise in both of the rooms, had to shutdown my room A/C so that I could sleep. The hair dryer in both rooms were not blowing hot air in both the rooms. The housekeeping guy was able to fix one but the other needed maintenance guy but I did not have time to get that fixed since I was vacating the room anyway. The sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly and the drain plug was broken. The toilet cover was broken in one of the rooms and needs to be fixed. I did not get the vibe that this was a 5 star hotel and expected much better experience.

Five minutes to the Taj Mahal. Building is nice enough. Bathroom had water issues leaking from the shower head and soaking the floor. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Reception counter was not as friendly; we stood at the counter and waited far too long before we received a greeting, without a smile I might add. A simple smile and “I will be right with you” can go a long way for customer service. Otherwise, good place to stay for a very reasonable price.
