O custo x benefício é bom. O ponto baixo foi ter sido recepcionado por uma pessoa, que "questionou" o pacote que eu fechei, dizendo que estava errada, que havia sido cobrado errado, sendo que eu apenas escolhi o que estava sendo disponibilizado pelo sistema Hoteis.com. Ela disse que a partir dos 16 anos a cobrança da pessoa é como adulta e não como criança, sendo que o sistema do Hoteis.com me perguntou qual a idade das crianças e eu apenas escolhi as opções que iam de 0 à 17 anos. Tive a sensação de que ela estava me "acusando" com sua atitude de ter tirado proveito ou burlado alguma regra.

Não foi o esperado!
O Local é bastante central, entretanto a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O ar-condicionado não funcionou tive que mudar de quarto e o problema persistiu, o Wi-Fi só funciona na recepção e o café é bom, apesar de utilizarem a sobra de frutas de um dia para o outro. A funcionária Geiza é muito educada e atenciosa, se esforçar para atender bem, mas os problemas são estruturais.

Bom para quem vai somente passar a noite
Ótimo atendimento e cordialidade e localização. Estacionamento gratuito. Situações dos quartos poderiam ser melhores, necessário uma manutenção geral. Outros pontos a melhorar: café da manhã (preferível ser opcional e pagar a parte, melhorando a qualidade e opções de alimentos).

Tivemos uma surpresa no momento de fazer o Check-out, o valor era 20% mais caro do que eu havia reservado . A recepcionista começou a discutir e disse que eu tinha que pagar o valor maior é que se quisesse reclamar, reclamasse para o hotels.com . Fiquei decepcionado e revoltado. Não indico!

Deixou a desejar.
Já me hospedei outras vezes, mas dessa vez, foi muito ruim,o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, com pouquissimos alimentos, área de circulação com cheiro forte de cocô de gato, dessa vez me decepcionei com o hotel, porém o quarto muito bom,limpo e organizado.
