This very historic property has been nicely renovated. The restaurant is first rate. The personnel at the property, to a man or woman are simply tops. Polite, friendly, helpful and always gracious. Easy access to the thermal baths across the street and on a main route to the historic downtown area. If you want to stay at a great property not overrun by tourists, this is the place for you. You will really feel like you are back in Mexico of olden days, but with all the modern amenities.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool had too little water in it, and was not being cleaned. We did not go in it because it did not look safe. We removed from our first rooms because there were cockroaches and looked into a second room, which was much nicer. I would recommend requesting a room without carpeting.

The only place to stay in Aguascalientes
Comfortable accommodations and clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle outside of the hotel.

The person at the check in desk isn’t friendly and lacks of knowledge about the hotel surrounding, he said there’s no Uber in the City and there is for sure. Also said there were no restaurants and there are. Other thing we didn’t like is that due to all the events carried by the hotel, you are never able to use the Pool ...
