Location is great. But that is all this property has to offer. Rooms are not well kept. Staff is poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing. They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms. Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre.

Excellent service
The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and delightfully made our stay comfortable. We had senior citizens who needed a wheelchair, they arranged for it and recommended that we keep it during our site seeing c visits. The hotel staff especially the front desk manager gave suggestions regarding our site seeing tour, arranged for transport and ensured that we had a good time during our stay. The food was exceptionally tasty!
