I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Ahmedabad, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who set the tone for a seamless and welcoming stay. Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The restaurant team deserves special mention for their outstanding service and delectable offerings. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a diverse menu catering to every palate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, and their recommendations were spot on. Housekeeping was equally impressive, maintaining the rooms impeccably clean and ensuring every little detail was taken care of. It was evident that they take immense pride in their work, as the attention to detail was second to none. What stood out the most was the overall customer service. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the front desk, made us feel valued and cared for. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. Overall good with access of alpha mall. Room was a slight bit small but still good n clean. Though they offered us welcome tea after we asked but this is the only thing we missed is that they should offer complementary morning tea(without buying breakfast) at least twice a day when you spend this much amount as other hotels. Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. I mean how ia that even possible. Breakfast was lush but service could have been quicker and more effecient. Would atay again due to location.
