Great stay in Aiken, SC
Our family was in town for a softball tournament. The property was clean and comfy and met our needs perfectly. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Aiken/Augusta area.

Family Reunion
House is beautiful spacious in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Not far from restaurants and other attractions. Tod was easy to contact with quick responses. Nice outside patio on the back surrounded by privacy fence. Everything was clean check in was a breeze and the house is listed accurately. Would highly recommend.

Great House
The house was lovely and nicely decorated. All appliances were clean and in good working order. The living room and master bedroom and bath are very spacious. Although it was too hot to spend time outside the spacious back yard is a great asset weather permitting. The hosts were great! They were available and responded to all messages sent in a very timely manner. Had the house accessible earlier than the check in time. Definitely recommend this property. We would like to stay there in the future if we can't find a place closer to the house where all reunion activities occur. Tod and Cora....thank you for sharing your property with us.

Very clean, comfortable and felt like home. Very convenient to USC Aiken. Was only 32 minutes to the Augusta Mall. Nice patio in the back yard. The neighbors were also nice.

I can say I highly recommend. We were there visiting Aiken and to watch our son play ball. They thought of everything. It was clean, well thought out and they had all the little extras to make your stay special! I would stay there again!

House was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated! I appreciated it being well-stocked, with things like a coffee bar and even plenty of trash bags (I never understand why some rentals don't want to provide things like trash bags to keep the place clean). Communication with the host was outstanding. The location wasn't ideal for us, as it felt a little inconvenient to get to downtown (especially with an impatient toddler), but the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Masters Week stay
Late arrival, no issue, Tod and Cora were fantastic hosts. Walked into a very clean, beautifully decorated, open home. We had a couple who stayed in the master bedroom and two other guys who each had their own room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Most everything in the home was new. Back patio set up for privacy and very relaxing. Hope the home will be available for our next trip to Augusta!

Perfect!
The owners were amazing, the home was better than expected. The location was ideal for us as we were there for a function at Stable View and I hope to be allowed back next year however, we as guests dropped the ball. I truly appreciated the owners allowing us early access and could not have been more satisfied with the accommodations.
