Stayed here twice in a two week period - the rooms we had are small, but if all you're doing is sleeping, it doesn't really matter. Staff welcoming and helpful, parking is easy (below the hotel). No issues at all.

A lovely apartment hotel, very clean and modern. Small kitchenette. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the old part of Aix-en-Provence. Would happily stay here again.

This was a nice hotel. It's actually more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. The hotel was clean, well appointed. The staff was incredibly pleasant and kind. It is located adjacent to the university., Which was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. Hotel is also located close enough, approximately 1 mile, to the main center of Aix.

They gave us someone else's room initially. We walked into the room to discover the other guest's things still inside! The front desk staff was apologetic, but the experience made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Also, the bathroom in the (correct) room had a strange smell. If you need fresh towels you need to request them, as they don't change them at all during any stay under 5 days. Similarly there is a 10€ fee for having the room cleaned if your stay is under the 5 days. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with this hotel. I'd suggest going for one of the many other options in the area.

The location is very good. Parking in Aix en Provence is confusing and the desk staff was so helpful to this confused tourist. Very good breakfast buffet - well worth the 16 euro cost.

Hotel is close to train station. It is a bit out of the old town, about 15mins walk, with no food/shop options close. Room was spacious with kitchenette, was clean but not cleaned during stay (expected but just fyi as is extra). Fire alarm went off first evening but when down at reception they said wasn’t an issue and can return to room.

The area and staff are excellent, the room we were in had a terrible smell, when you opened the window to get rid of the smell the air conditioner didn’t work. Should not allow customers to stay in this room until they can get rid of the smell. The treadmill in the gym was also broken.

The staff were terrible, got ripped off with my breakfast when the guy at reception said breakfast was €5.50 and when I checked out I was charged €16. The drain in the shower smelt disgusting, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and towels was not changed after 5 days or room not serviced.
