On the Rte des Sanguinaires, located in the town of Barbiccagia, near Ajaccio this villa will seduce you with its ideal location 150 m walk from the beach.
Fully air conditioned.

On the ground floor you will find the sleeping area. Two master bedroom suites with shower room. One bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with 4 children's beds. A shower room. Two independent toilets.
Bunk bed in the room adjoining the rooms.

On the floor living room dining room with American kitchen giving on the terrace with privative swimming pool.
a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, a summer kitchen with gas barbecue and plancha with a nice space for lunch.
An independent toilet.
Our villa is equipped with a high chair and a cot.We can provide you on request a baby lounger, a bathtub and stroller cane.

We provide you with bed linen (bed made upon your arrival), bath mats and tea towels. Towels are not provided.
Closed parking in the enclosure of the villa.
Pool secured for the comfort of parents, pool maintenance is done weekly by a professional.
The villa is ideal for three couples with six children or eight adults.
Pets admitted without supplement.
Possibility of having a stove (extra charge).
Compulsory cleaning fee of 150 euros not included in the price, to be paid on site the day of arrival.

De tres belles vacances! L'emplacement de la maison au bord de l'eau etait ideal. Petits desagrements le mobilier est un peu vetuste et surtout il manque un refrigerateur pour 12 personnes avec la chaleur, un frigo est beaucoup trop petit.Attention au portail celui ci n'a pas de detecteur, en consequences celui ci d'est referme sur la voiture.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Gastgeberin Sabrina in Empfang genommen. Sabrina unterstütze uns auch mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Fahrzeuge vor Bezug und nach Auszug. Lediglich die emsigen Reinigungskräfte wuselten schon am Auszugstag sehr früh in der Unterkunft umher, und verursachten ein wenig Hektik. Wir hatten tolle Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Très belle villa, bien située avec une très jolie vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Sabrina est une hôtesse charmante qui a su prendre le temps de nous recevoir et de nous donner les informations indispensables pour que notre séjour se déroule de la plus agréable façon. La villa est lumineuse , bien agencée, les espaces de vie bien séparés. Le coin détente près de la piscine et la plancha sont de très bons atouts. Merci pour ce séjour.

La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a proposé une villa avec piscine très propre et très bien entretenue. Ponctuelle, chaleureuse et professionnelle, nous avons passé de très agréables vacances grâce à elle. La plage, les paillotes et les super restaurants étant accessibles à pieds depuis la villa, rien à redire c'était parfait. NB : la voiture est obligatoire ceci dit pour aller faire le marché ou les courses
