The property was not welcoming ….the private pool was neither cleaned nor warmed for our arrival. The need to call front desk and wait 20 minutes every time to use it was unacceptable therefore we did not use. The seating area around the pool was filthy! There was very little attention given for service at restaurant therefore we walked 10 minutes to find restaurant options. Room had no way of heating (it was 18o C). Floors in room were cleaned by our white socks !(now black)!

Not worth the money we paid
Run down hotel; it needs to be refurbished. Not worth the Money we paid… hint: for beakfast go to the Main Square / jardín central in Ajijic. There you can enjoy rich Mexican breakfast in any of the local restaurants at a fraction of the hotel price.

The staff of waiters and waittresss were outstanding The overdeer of the the food and modt of the hotel, was always helpful. Clean rooms . The onlt 2 things i gound inconvenient was they dont coffe until 8, as i am an early riser and no coffee machines in the room. Also my room was described as a Terence view which in cluded cinderblock walls and no furniture outside. But i enjoyed my stay and geñt very safe
