Overpriced, cold room
No heating in a 850dkk hotel room, apparently to cheap to turn on central heating in the hotel. It was so cold, that I had to take a hot shower before going to bed. The water was not hot enough, so I ended up getting a cold. When I went for breakfast, there was none. They removed it to early 😁. I asked for a refund, but the manager has not even contacted me. Ps no refrigerator in the room either.

Fint boende men vi saknade AC eftersom det var väldigt varmt under vår vistelse. Saknade också bra restauranger i AAkirkeby. Kändes som en avfolkad ort.

Vi besøgte hotellet i forbindelse med en rund fødselsdag, og det er dejlig tæt på vores venner, der bor i Pedersker. Vi er især vilde med at vi kan tjekke ind når vi vil, fordi man får tilsendt en kode. Jeg er glutenintollerent og det klarede de da også til UG til morgenmaden. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen

Lidt skuffende ophold.
Vi ankom til til hotellet, og kunne ikke finde receptionen , eller personale. På et tidspunkt møder jeg en personale, som viser at receptionen er bag en dør hvor der står restaurant. (Det ville være hensigtsmæssigt med et skilt der henviser til en reception) Vi får tildelt værelse. Der er virkelig koldt på badeværelset, og især gulvet er koldt. Jeg tænker at det må være en fejl, så jeg henvender mig til den ene personale jeg kan finde. Jeg spørger ind til det kolde badeværelse, og får beskeden, at der ikke er varme i rummet. Min datter og jeg bruger derfor kun badeværelset når vi absolut skal, og bad, er der ingen af os der har lyst til i det kolde rum - så det undlader vi.
