Hotel staff were excellent. Very polite, friendly and always accommodating. Our room was clean and updated. The pillows were not the best, though they were soft, they literally would flatten out so not the most comfy but that literally was it. We were very happy with our stay 5⭐️👍

We stayed one night before a visit to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice. The hotel was full, but very quiet

Great value. Linens and towels better than typical hotel. Also, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were very high quality. Nice room service available. The pool was large, in a very nice setting. It was not 25m but I could do short laps.

Everything was nice about the stay except I needed my king size bed in which they over booked so I had two small beds .. I have a very bad back so a king bed helps a lot .. Other that that it was a Great stay !!
