Fantastic Stay ..
We had a fantastic stay! Everyone was so nice! Very friendly staff! They read my email about my hubby and his walking condition, they immediately set us up with a room on the 1st floor, so kind! They really look out for their guests! ❤️ breakfast was also a plus, very delicious! We would absolutely stay there again! It was a great stay!

poor maintenance . dont stay here
horrible experience ! 1st room we had the ac unit was disconnected with wires hanging out. 2nd room had a bathroom light that flashed. the toilet seat was extremly loose . work order was put in right away.. maintenance never showed up. i had to get tools and repair the toilet myself. and had to remove the lightbub in the bathroom during our stay. aso we had to beg for clean towels! we will never stay at this hotel again and will let people know about the lack of maintenance

Renovation of the Hampton inn South Akron Ohio.
My stay was absolutely terrible.Pool closed.No signage on building.Made my concerns to front desk and wss never asked why i was upset.A complete misreading review of the facility.I a case pending against this hotel.It is operated by Hilton.Terrible.

keys did not work; took 2 trips to the desk; slow check in; pool "needed cleaned" so would not openuntil later that evening, not open the next day either, never did open; had to ask for feather pillows to be removed from the room because of allergy, new ones were brought but was told to just keep the feather ones, and "just throw them aside"; breakfast was out of food by 8 in the morning; took 1 & 1/2 hr. to catch up, manager was not hospitable with guests, and had the kitchen help in tears; hallway floors were sticky; almost out of toilet paper, no extra roll, tried to call for more, phone did not work, another trip to the desk; rarely anyone at the desk; our shower was nasty looking;
