The room was dirty as well as the carpets and areas throughout the hotel. The staff was ok but there was no one at the desk during our stay with the exception of check in. The area around the hotel was unkept. Overall a very disappointing Hilton hotel.

Room faced the highway and was really noisy. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Overall a decent place to stay for an overnight trip. Extended stays, I would suggest going elsewhere

The room was comfortable and clean. But we could not access the cable TV (neither could the staff when we called for assistance). And the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower were empty. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Was hardly anyone at the desk. Had to wait 10min for someone to come to the desk to check us in. And that wouldn’t have happened if the maintenance guy didn’t go back and get them. We sat in the lobby most of the night hanging out and several people had to wait for someone to come to the desk. Hotel was cleanish and looked updated but was done poorly. Had to change rooms because of stains on the comforter. Spider web in the corner of the bathroom with dead bugs in it. Not Hilton standard

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. There was a lot of trash laying around the outside of the hotel, but inside seemed well kept. Dining area was clean and recently redone. Breakfast was decent with several options and good coffee.

Broken luggage cart. Public areas not clean. Breakfast buffet not restocked. Coffee ran out on two of the three mornings I was there. Fitness center was nice.

Elevator smelled like someone threw up and pissed in it. Fire alarm went off twice. Roof leaking. Our fire alarm in our room was dismantled. Ceiling tires in hall falling down. Outside not weeded. Pool door sticks had to go outside and back in front door. Hot water for tea was discolored and smelled like coffee. The front desk person had to run the breakfast also so u had to wait for food. The front desk person quit since the manager was not nice and she was frustrated - just walked away. Breakfast quality was poor.
