Horrible hotel. They never cleaned our rooms even though we stayed for 3 nights. Asked for extra toilet paper and they gave us one roll even though we had 4 people in a room. Bed was broken and slanted - asked them to fix and they didn't. Drain in tub was clogged and wouldn't drain the water. Walls are so thin and can hear everything in the halls. Breakfast was horrible - scrambled eggs tasted like whip cream from a can. NEVER staying there or at any comfort Inn again.

Front desk was not friendly nor personable. She checked us in but that was all. No mention as to location as to the lift. Breakfast was needing caution as to old items & sour milk. When menu about sour milk we got an argument. Another person said it was sour yesterday

Not the greatest, but fine overall.
Our stay was fine. The bed was very comfortable, but the hallways and room were just not very clean or guest ready. When asking the attendant a question, they gave blunt yes or no answers and were not very accommodating. The walls were incredibly thin, I could hear people in other rooms all throughout the night.

I've stayed in better economy hotels.
Our room was on the second floor. The elevator was malfunctioning (the door would close 1/4 of the way and then open over and over again. We had to walk to the end of the corridor with our luggage to find the stairs. The AC smelled terribly of mold. The bedding had black marks all over. 2 of the rooms lamps did not have light bulbs. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked and loose. The bathtub drain was clogged and wouldn't drain - would have had to stand in previous persons water, so we opted to not shower at all.*yuck*. Breakfast foods offered were old hard boiled eggs, dried scrambled egg crumbs, under-cooked sausage patties swimming in some sort of broth and TINY coffee cups.

After changing rooms because an ice machine was screaming at us like it was going to blow up as soon as be depart the first elevator ride. Then getting stuck on an elevator on the third elevator ride, and then the toilet handle fell off in my wife's hand and breaking on its first use, and all this happening in the first hour of our stay, we left for safeties sake. We weren't going to take the chance of the fire alarm wouldn't work. Expedia and Hotel refused to refund the stay. We are DONE with Expedia. We have never ever had a problem with any other booking agency over hotel condition
