For the price it was a very inferior quality room and hotel. Bedding was fine. Room musty. Windows didn’t open. AC noisy.

This property is not the level of most of the Holiday Inn’s I have stayed in before. This one is good location but needs renovated badly. Our room had clear previous water damage; damaged ceilings, wallpaper stained and bubbling and carpet was not fresh and clean.

The Front Desk Staff was excellent , but it stopped there. Rooms were clean for what they were. No shower curtain, just a half glass wall so water went on the floor. Black mold in the 4th floor hallway, dents & miss matched touch up paint. Stones falling out of the front of the building & landscaping looks like it hasn't been done all season. And to top off Our stay , we wake up to 5 Cop cars and 2 suspects in the parking lot.

Looks updated but very superficial. Clearly not maintained. First night the hallways smelled of weed then they smelled of cheap room spray. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Asked to change rooms and they could not figure out how to find a room that was clean. Based on the few cars they were NOT fully occupied

Our room was updated,clean,comfortable. Hotel was convenient for shopping and dinning . Very nice area. But your main entrance windows were pretty dirty. Dad impression. Hallway carpet needed vacuumed . The rubber entrance to each room at bottom of door needed dusted. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Could use some TLC
Staff were friendly and helpful-a big plus. The room was clean but smelled as if no one had used it for a very long time-that stuffy, never aired out smell. Ditto for the poor fitness center room. The heat/AC units may not have been cleaned in ages. The extra dust and who knows what else was not kind to my breathing.
