Our stay was great, very quiet. Elevator was an issue as it bumped before the door closed Everytime. Not just a small bump but a jolt. Might need adjusting. Also, coffee was not available 24/7 as we have enjoyed in the past, disappointing. Overall a good experience.

Bedding was comfortable, pillows were great! Clean!!!! Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was good. Consider adding a few decorative pillows to sofa bed for comfort when sitting.

Although the people were fabulous and the place was stellar, I am not happy that I tried on 2 different occasions to shorten my stay due to my children starting school on Monday... And I was unable to cancel one out of the 4 days we booked. It's frustrating to not have any flexibility.
