They had one front desk employee that was very helpful, during check in process. We were given a smoking room, when we asked for non smoking. False advertisement on the room we were booking. When we were given our first room there have been here in the bathroom sink shower toilet. Then when switched to our new room, it was clear that no matter what we did we would probably need to do a clean sweep of each room so I ended up having to wipe down literally everything in that room, even some walls which almost positive had blood on them. The cleaning woman was absolutely rude did not speak back to me when I asked her question two different times she just ignored me asking for Windex.

So so. I guess you get what you pay for
The staff were excellent, responsive and efficient. No issues with the people at all. The room itself needs an upgrade. The furniture was past it's prime. We had at least 5 fall-type beetles on the curtains. The breakfast was not good. There were bagels but no cream cheese or jelly/jam, only butter. The one morning there was yogurt in the case and the second morning there was none. No proteins, even a boiled egg. I walked over to Walmart and got a bag of boiled eggs and some cream cheese.

Ugh! Not worth it! Next to a Walmart! Everyone complaining about a $60. Deposit... On phone and person in front of me waiting for check in. Apparently happens constantly as per staff. Same woman checked me in at 8 pm night before was there the next morning at 8:45 when I checked out, was she on a 13 hr shift??? But no one answered phone at 3:45 when a guy sat in his car for 20 minutes while thumping his stereo bass the entire time! Also, never seen a bathroom in need of repair anywhere! Mattress long since expired it's replace date. Staff was nice but that doesn't make up for you lack of sleep.

The room needed cleaned better. The tub bottom was very stained with dirt. The bed was not good, we sank to the middle. At 1 a.m. an alarm went off and we had no idea what it was. Also the safety lock at the top of the door was torn off and not replaced. Behind the bed was lots of dust. The AC unit looked like it was it was in bad shape, rusted and needed replaced. We didn’t use it. Also there was a security guard at the front desk when we checked in which made us question if we should even stay there. We know it was cheep in price but not even worth it.

There was mold on the couches bugs all over the room the shower pressure was slim to none room with no smoking smelled like smoke payed my deposit in the hotel and they charged me again for it

Tub faucet dripped, light just inside the door wouldn’t turn off (at staff recommendation I unscrewed it), tub was dirty, back of remote control was missing, and after midnight staff tried to enter my room. She was apologetic in the morning and stated she was checking to see if the room was empty because she was looking for a room with a pullout sofa bed, and that I hadn’t been fully checked in (?), despite her having checked me in one or two hours earlier. There was also what looked like a homeless guy lying on the side of the hotel. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in and outside of the U.S., and this is the first time I remember feeling unsafe.
