Had to stay somewhere close to hospital, so i gave it a try It turned out to be pretty nice. The lady at check in was great, she got my room switched to a first floor room,because my wife had surgery and couldn't climb stairs

Cleanliness was borderline acceptable, showerhead barely worked and leaked bad, sink cracked, no microwave or fridge, and stains bed sheets, and you all got me a room I couldn't use or check into till the next day and I needed it before 3pm that's y I booked it. Hotels.com are ridiculous and should compensate me for having to freeze in the snow when I pd.for a room.
