This was a very disappointing stay because we reserved and paid extra for a river view room but the view from the room was of the freeway across the river, with a lot of freeway noise. The river was 3 floors below but not viewable. There were rooms on the first floor that appeared to have patios near the river. Better to stay on the parking lot side where it would be quieter and less expensive. Other than that complaint, the room itself was nice, but it was not what was advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food in the lounge was good.

Awesome location. Don’t know why they don’t renovate it. It’s probably hard to retain good cleaning staff and it shows. People at the front desk were awesome and there were a lot of good hard working staff there. Special shout out to Aaron at the front desk who did his best to smooth over every problem. He should be moved up to management.

The sheets on the king bed would not stay fitted on the mattress. They were to small. The shower drain was slow filling the floor with water while you showered

The staff on Friday eve was awful. They were rude during check in. And then late that night I called 3 times for bedding for sofa bed waiting almost an hour. I finally went to front desk to get them.When I got there at almost 11pm the same staff from earlier simply pulled them from a room next to front desk and pulled them on to me. They were not busy at all and one of them could have clearly taken the bedding up to my room. Was so unprofessional to say the least and certainly not customer service. Then they did not even tell housekeeping that I’d picked up my own bedding as that person came by 15 minutes later with bedding I no longer needed. Just a miserable experience. We are from Akron and come in once we year to visit our parents graves. We have stayed with you the past several years My sisters and I will no longer and will find another suites hotel. I will say that the restaurant waitress who waited on us during a surprise birthday celebration earlier on Friday eve was wonderful.
