Builditplace! Kid friendly Stay, Play and Create!

Welcome to Builditplace, a family getaway that celebrates the endless possibility and creativity of brick building. Come retreat to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home and rest from the stress of the grown- up world by letting your imagination take shape one brick at a time. Take inspiration from our sets, scenes, and idea books; and embrace the spirit of play by diving into our bins of loose bricks to create your own masterpiece. We have bricks of varying sizes to accommodate kids of all ages, but play (and step) at your own risk.
When play has you worn out, our 2 bedrooms comfortably sleep 5 guests. Building is encouraged in the bunk room, but the master should remain a sanctuary from those loose pieces looking for the unsuspecting foot.
We hope you’ll come play well, sleep well, and stay well at Builditplace!

The house had all we needed and was a nice place to stay... and FULL of LOTS of Legos! My kids were in heaven. I was blown away at how much Legos was tied into everything around the house

Came with a toddler for the NFL Hall of Fame, was easy to get to and from. Chickens were a fun bonus. Loved all the toys and decor.

Fun unique vacay experience
What a fantastic place!! Our children loved it from the moment we arrived, and we instantly had an hour of peace while they built Lego creations in their room. The kids honestly wanted to stay at home more than they wanted to go out sight seeing! The house was a perfect size for our family on a weekend getaway, and so nicely decorated. It feels like you're in your own personal Lego museum. The hosts were very gracious and added little extra touches to make sure you have what you need during your stay. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely come back yearly!

We loved the “Lego house”! The kids were wonder struck by all the blocks (of all sizes) and the Lego decor. Parents appreciated the cleanliness, comfy beds, and thoughtful touches like the built-in potty seat and first aid kit. Great location with a nice view out back and easy access to stores and restaurants. Definitely a 10/10!

A great kid friendly stay!
My husband and I stayed here with our three sons, ages 6, 5, and 3. It was just about perfect for us! The hosts were responsive, and there were ample linens and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The space was clean and comfortable, and there were several kid friendly touches, such as a potty seat and plastic dishes/silverware that we really appreciated! We like to travel with our kids, and finding a truly kid friendly rental is not easy - but this one sure fit the bill! They all thoroughly enjoyed playing with all the legos - my oldest said he wished we lived in a "lego house" too. If we ever return to the area, we would stay again!

A great time!
My family loved this little get away! It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone slept great. As a mom of 2 year olds, I appreciated the motherly touches (I.e toddler toilet seats, small tables, flat bed). The legos were a big hit!! We call it the Legoland house. Thanks Jason & Katie!
