Hallways and elevator constantly smelled like pot and cat urine. There are people living there regularly, including one who was drunk sitting outside. Unfortunately, hardly any "comfortable amenities" for a long-term stay are there, and the front desk is closed overnight, making it difficult to contact when out of supplies or in need of managing the property noise levels and smells. No dishes (I suppose you can buy them, but that's not ideal for travelers), and only TP in the rooms, no kleenex, no shampoos, etc, no housekeeping unless staying long enough or perhaps special requests. Have to take out own trash, etc. Laundry was $3 in quarters per wet and per dry load. Would not return to this hotel.
