Newbuilt villa 85m2 in two floors with pool. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds each, 2 full bathrooms and 2 kitchens. There are two living rooms with sea view in each level (ground level & 1st floor). There is amazing sea and mountain view. The pool 6,5 x 6,5 and is shared with another villa. There is a private sitting yard with outdoor furniture . Also, the backyard is very attractive with olive trees and stone built walls, barbeque and tables under olive trees for common use.
