The location and grounds were very nice. It was all kept very clean. The service was ok. The food was hit and miss. It depended on where we ate. I could suggest that the staff be a bit quieter.

We enjoyed our stay over all. The staff were fantastic in every department. Everything was very clean. Any requests for additional service were readily met. Our only real criticism is the food. Many buffet items were not properly labelled or labelled at all. They did seem to be in the process of upgrading the label system as we were leaving though. In addition, we found that the food while fresh was often bland. And the desserts looked very pretty but also lacked any real flavour.

The buffet was like Denny’s restaurant on welfare… location was nice. But not much outside of resort to do… not much to do inside resort either. For singles unless ur a partier.. staff was nice helpful where they could. But front staff didn’t know anything about booking restaurants answer was … go to app…. I’m not an app person… front staff should know about restaurants how to book them etc… we lost out on 11 nights trying to figure it out!!! What’s piss off onky restaurant worth while was French one small portions.. also when restaurants say strict pants for men they should enforce that… we baught pants for that and not one outta 3 enforced the pants policy another huge piss off… was really disappointed in food and staff lack of knowledge

Had a great time, food was good, and loved that with the luxury resorts we had access to all four resorts from Bahia Principe, which included dining! However rooms were outdated and AC didn’t work. Everything else we enjoyed!
