Personal muy atento, fui a festejar unos dias un cumpleaños en especial y pedi adornar la habitacion y jamas lo hicieron, falta mucha organizacion en cuanto lo que es el transporte interno del hotel, asi como no funcionaba mi caja fuerte. Me hospede en akumal y a pesar de ser "luxury" esta mucho mejor el tulum y sian ka'an. No me pude tomar ni un coctel con alcohol de mejor marca, ni mixologia.

The property itself was very nice, and the staff was amazingly nice, professional, and friendly. My only suggestion would be that if you’re going to list as a luxury resort update the recreational equipment (bikes and gym). The equipment was way too old and didn’t fit the resort.

hotel de primera vista agradable...la habitacion comfortable, excelentes amenidades ....nos ubicaron en la zona de adultos, y fue mas que relajante, aunque un poco lejos del lobby....nos desconcerto que un espectaculo de teatro sea pagado ya que entiendo que al ser todo incluido, no debia ser asi....el equipo de animacion con su esfuerzo en alto....nos parecio buena relacion pago-estancia...el clima bien, solo un dia de lluvia, el buffet variado y con variedad solo pocos platillos se repitieron en los dos dias que estuvimos...nuestras bebidas fueron sin alcohol y muy disfrutables...una opcion de mejora seria la playa de adultos, aunque es pequeña es agradable pero con demasiadas rocas dispersas en la arena, que seria deseable distribuirlas en la estructura adyacente ahi mismo o buscarles otro fin...

Great Service! Everyone was very welcoming. Room was clean and if we needed something help was on the way with in a decent time. The beach was clear and they had entertainment on the beach. I am definitely coming back on vacation.
