Upon checking in, we inquired about few of their services. For a hotel in Amman, we expected the swimming pool to have designated hours for women, but it was not offered and had to use a swimming pool outside the hotel. Additionally, during the stay, someone came knocking persistently on our door in the middle of the night. when mentioned to the front desk staff, their response was less than professional saying that it's normal for things like that to happen. The problem was in their response showing no empathy or care to our comfort or well-being. We expected better than that for a 4 star hotel.
