Staff were brilliant. Special shout out to Ibrahim, Dhurba, Affan, Abdullah and the rest of the team. Golf cart service is a godsend in the fierce Qatari heat. Location of the hotel is fab!

Incredible Experience
Amazing Hotel. I even decided to Stay 4 more nights. I highly recommend visiting and stay a while. The location is the best because you are within the market and in front of a taxi stop.

The hotels need updating and are more pricy than normal hotels this standard. I would rate this a 4star. The location is excellent as you are in the centre of souk waquif with the station entrance next to the hotel with swimming pool and surrounded by shops restaurants and close to the harbour port for banana island. There are several branches to this hotel and we stayed in the one with pool. It was a quiet period and the hotel was not busy. Swimming area was not supervised so we had to watch the children and although the hotel was practically empty when we asked for a late checkout as we had a midnight flight they only extended to 2pm free of charge and said after that it would be chargeable however let us leave our luggage.

Doha Souq hotel.
Perfect location for exploring the soul literally on your doorstep, walkable to the Islamic museum which is stunning and set in Mia park. Walkable in minutes to the metro link at Souq waqif which links underground to the main metro on the red line. Metro upper easy, safe and cheap to get around. The hotel is made up of 8 buildings around the soul and the hotel provide golf carts to move to different ones to use different facilities ie pool etc.,, we stayed in Al Bidda for the rooftop terrace junior suite which was amazing. Breakfast really good and service and staff super friendly and helpful. If a pool holiday your thing maybe choose a hotel with this as the centre point but if culture, quality and service and a taste of Doha this should be your top pick.

Hotel is poorly maintained. Air conditioning was not working. My stay was very bad because of A/C not working properly. Not a good choice during summer season. No valet services. Parking is a public paied parking. My vacation went so bad because of this hotel.

The location in the center of the souq was optimal. It was easy for me to go out and come back as necessary. The staff was pleasant and very accommodating. I did not realize that there are other properties associated with this hotel- all were magnificent. The breakfast is highly recommended. When I realized that I did not have time to enjoy breakfast on my second day, the staff went out of their way to send me off to the airport with an amazing boxed breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Doha!

A lovely hotel right in the Souq, which is perfect for shopping in the markets, and eating out with plenty of cheap, authentic food to choose from. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, coffee pod machine and unlimited bottled water. We were given a complimentary bowl of fruit upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and kind, and nothing was a bother for them. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety of hot food and pastries as well as barista made coffee. There is a taxi stand right across the road and the cost to the airport is around 28-35 rials ($12-$15 Australian dollars). The metro/train is within walking distance but one of the hotel staff will drop you there in the cart. We enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel comes highly recommended.

This was a great hotel! They own 8 hotels in the area and by staying here you have access to their other facilities. Great food, amazing rooms and very attentive staff. Ahmed was very helpful with transportation as well!
