Cheap but lost of improvement 3 bedroom apartment
Pros: 1. Spacious bedroom & living room 2. Rates are very cheap. Cons 1. For a 3 bedroom apartment, it has only one bathroom. Fixings int he bathroom need to be fixed. Cabinet is rusting. 2. Broken TV plug in the master;s bedroom. 3. The sofa has bed bugs as it makes us itchy. 4. Aircon sometimes gives a gaseous smell. Overall the apartment needs a lot of improvement.
