Chose this hotel as it was supposed to have a shuttle to/from DXB. But the shuttle waited around for a full hour (for no one else) before we got going. And then we took the most circuitous route. Also they say they will drop you at T2, but the shuttle only runs every 2H, which makes the service basically unusable. Too bad. Rooms are nice. But staff are insolent and rude. Won’t stay again.

It’s good to stay. But it did not satisfy our expectations. Needs more improvement especially staff behavior and dining options. Some of the Indians staff have attitude. Let them know, we stayed and that’s the reason you can get the salary. Thanks

Clean very clean. Food really good. Live in USA and I stayed Sheraton, Hilton here and this hotel was great only one lady at the front desk always rude but I stayed away from her as much as I can other than that 10 out of 10 bed comfortable, swimming pool clean and 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for those guys at the pool always ready to bring you a towel and make sure clients are ok great job. I will come back January and will stay here again. Thank you
