Casa Carmen - VTAR/HU/00396

Constructed in 2016, Casa Carmen is a spectacular, architect-designed house incorporating many local materials; creating a luxurious and elegant self-catering holiday experience. Situated on the outskirts of Alajar it offers stunning views of the countryside while being a short walk to all the shops ,bars and restaurants.

Ideal for a family or family and friends to share, the house is arranged over three floors.

At street level there is a large open plan living area with sitting room, including wood burning fireplace, kitchen area, dining area and covered, arched, terrace with views over the open countryside. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious shared terrace providing open views to the surrounding countryside

Downstairs is a children’s play area and TV with DVD player. There are glass doors off to a patio and covered, arched terrace with its own pool. There are also two bedrooms with shared bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and sink. Under the arched terrace is an outside shower which doubles as a paddling pool for small children

The house is equipped with the latest aerothermic heating and cooling system which provides a comfortable indoor temperature all year round. In the summer the radiators can provide air conditioning and in winter heating - all controlled thermostatically. The kitchen is equipped with all new Bosch appliances including; dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a radio, cd player which allows blue-tooth access so you can stream music or play programming from your own internet connected device

Un acierto, del todo recomendable.
La casa es bonita, amplia, agradable y cómoda. Está muy bien cuidada y tiene de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: buenas camas, sofás cómodos, porche y patio bien amueblados y todo tipo de menaje. La ubicación perfecta, dentro de Alajar a cinco minutos andando de todo el pueblo y con fácil salida y acceso para todas las excursiones que se pueden hacer. Repetiría sin duda, ha sido un acierto.

Han.sido.unas mini vacaciones perfectas. La casa es mejor incluso de lo que se ve en las fotos . Impecable y decorada con muy buen gusto. Con todas las comodidades y además los propietarios te dejan agua y un par de cervezas frias en la nevera, detalle que con el calor dejulio se agradece bastante. El pueblo y los alrededores son preciosos y los propietarios un matrimonio encantador que se nota que disfruta con lo que hace. Muchas gracias por todo y recomiendo a todo el que lo lea que no se lo piense, no va a encontrar una mejor opción!
