The day prior to checking in, I received a text message from Wyndham saying if I clicked on the included link and enter all my information (name, copy of my driver's license, credit card info, vehicle information, etc) that my check in would be quicker. Since I needed a quicker check in, I entered my info. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, the Front Desk still required all this same information. I asked why did I have to give them all this information if Wyndham already collected all this information already? They said their Days Inn Hotel doesn't get that information from Wyndham, even though they're owned by Wyndham. How frustrating! The hotel stay itself was fine. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. The staff were friendly as well.
