"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Not all staff speak and understand English well, but there are staff at reception, especially one lady, with very good English, who will help you with any question. The owner of the property is also often there and can be approached with any question too. It feels like the hotel is really interested in making sure you have a great stay - this is not often the case in Turkey. Staying in the hotel coincided with my birthday, and I received a half hour massage in the hotel spa center as a gift - it was great, I recommend using this service if you find yourself in this hotel.
