It seems to me that these owners are struggling to maintain the past character that this building must have had. I hope they succeed in keeping this part of Albany history alive. It was conveniently located but we were disturbed by thoughtless person/persons who were revving an engine behind our room and there was the smell of marijuana seeping into our room. The room was clean, the bedding felt clean and comfortable. I am not sure whether someone outside or in adjacent rooms were using. I appreciated the majority of the staff and their quick efforts to make sure we had what we needed.

This was a really clean, really quiet room for the night at a great price. Comfy bed. And a short walk for Dunkin and a great Japanese restaurant There was a kid pool party when I was there. No frills, the breakfast was typical and I never had a negative thought throughout my stay..

Very convenient to Albany Airport, and their Airport Shuttle was much appreciated. Decent Fitness Center, and the Indoor Pool would be nice any time of year. Complimentary Continental Breakfast hit the spot.

Never again!!!
I was given a room that smelled like cigaretts and the bed sheets were dirty. Asked to be switched and they put me in another room. The bed sheets were dirty with holes. Asked for sheets and they gace me dirty sheets again. Went to walmart to buy a blanket. No hot water in the morning

Old, beat up, scary. Arrived at 12:30 am and luckily we were just staying for 4 hours because we had an early flight. Book somewhere else. The front desk help and security guard (yes, they need a security guard) were very friendly but thats all this place had going for it. Old room with broken and weak doors. Thin walls and a 9 inch matress ontop of a squeaky metal spring frame. Didnt want to step foot into the shower. Dirty bathroom floor. As we left at 4:30 am there was someone living in their car parked right outside the door. There are 5 other hotels within 1 minute that i would have rather stayed at.

The room had a real disgusting smell, bath was old and unpleasant to use in any way, especially supposedly white towels were grey like used 10 years already. Dirty walls and beds.

Les gens à la réception étaient très compressifs envers la déception des clients. Au moment de ma réservation, les commentaires étaient correcte pour la catégorie d’hôtel; mais maintenant, cette hôtel héberge des immigrants sans logement; bcp de personnes louches et odeur de cannabis +++ Réservation pour deux chambres mais l’odeur trop forte dans l’une des deux; au final, par sécurité également, nous avons tous couché dans la même chambre. Non recommandée, heureusement que c’était pour une nuit slm.
