Check in was quick and easy, room was older but really clean, next to hi-way but surprisingly quite, bath towels could have been bigger...LOL, everything was good, would stay here anytime!

Right off the highway but up on the mountainside made for easy access and beautiful vistas. About what I expected for the price. If you can see past the decor (in need of updates, perhaps a paint job), it has the basics and the rooms are spacious. Nice sized table and two comfortable chairs. Clean.

It was dirty, cob webs, walls were cracked, bathroom door would not shut, dirty hand print were rubbed down the wall (maybe blood), ceiling in bathroom was ready to fall down, air conditioner was noisy and did not work right, train went by 3 to 4 times a night, bath tub/shower were so dirty I did not take a shower plus it was not handicap accessible, all we had were 2 skimpy pillows had to go buy 2 there were more thing but this is enough. It should be shut down

The hotel was grossly over advertised with pictures probably 10-20 years ago of a functioning pool and a family friendly environment. This place is used as a longer term rental facility to disadvantaged people. We left after one night, and I didn’t even want to haggle for the second days rate, or second nights pet deposit.

The place was sketchy,at best. Had a creepy guy staring at us during check in. Dirty room. Dirty sheets. Dirty walls. But cheap and convenient to where I needed to go.

room was dirty; furniture and bedding was stained; towels were threadbare; internet didn't work; TV only had 3 channels; no hooks bard or in bathroom to hang towels; bathroom door had was cracked; door to room didn't lock properly; outside stairs to get to second floor weren't safe.

Absolute dump! Nothing like the pictures. We were traveling by motorcycle and specifically wanted to book a place with a swimming pool. As we arrived, we noted that the parking lot was littered with garbage. The landscaping hadn’t been tended to in weeks if not months. While the man behind the desk was very friendly, the place was very rundown. The room had a musty odor and, most disturbing, there were shady characters hanging around outside. I should have thought something was odd when, on the wall right next to the front desk, in a case that looks like one of those old-school fire alarms that says, “in case of emergency break glass,“ there was a Narcan kit. As we were entering our room, a guy, who looked like he was homeless, walked by smoking a joint. I get that it’s legal, but I don’t want to see that when I’m staying at a hotel. Anyway, when I asked where the pool was, the desk guy told me that the pool had been closed recently due to an electrical problem. It was only upon reading the other reviews that I came to discover that the pool has been closed for at least a year if not longer. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. I was not comfortable leaving my motorcycle outside.

this motel has seen far better days. while the staff was friendly, the room was musty and dingy. holes in the walls, stains on walls and ceiling, microwave didn't work. bed was uncomfortable and bedding smelled like smoke despite being a smoke free room.

This motel is in run down, poor condition. The photos provided to Expedia are old and do not reflect the actual current condition of this property. We did not feel safe here and were concerned about the lack of cleanliness, so we left, and would recommend anyone that is considering a stay here, to take the online reviews seriously, they are spot on.
