This property seems on the newer side and the lobby and breakfast area are very nice. However once you get into the room, it is another experience. Our door looked like it was broken into at some point the door was damaged on the outside by the lock and the bottom of the door on the inside. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and the fan barely worked. The carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed. The beds were comfortable though. The door to the pool didn’t accept the room keys so you had to get someone from the front desk to let you in. We tried to use the pool but a group of young kids (15) and their parents decided to have a pizza party poolside. The kids took over the entire pool playing with a big beach ball and were jumping into the pool between my child and I. The parents had no care about the safety of the kids or us in the pool. They just let them go wild. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine was broken.

The property was nice. The breakfast was simple. We all had poor reception in the room and weren’t able to make or receive phone calls. It was ok for our short stay.

We stayed here on 6/22. The young man at the front desk was great. However, I asked the other agent to put my $50 incedental fee on a separate card. She had to get the manager. Both had difficulty splitting the payment. In the end, they said they were able to complete the action and gave me the correct 4 numbers of the card I wanted the hold on( after trying to tell me it didn't go tthrough) I kept telling them it said approved on the screen. In the end I was charged TWO $50 incidental fees which left my debit cards with $50 less than I started with.

The bathroom sink didn't drain at all, then on the 2nd night the bathroom lights stopped working and then the TV. I reported the issues to the gentleman on duty on Wednesday morning around 0700. When I got back to the room, the lights worked, the sink is still slow and you have to keep pressing the on button to get the Tv to work. It took about 5 minutes. I'm not a big TV watcher, so it really wasn't a huge deal and I can work around the bathroom sink. Overall the stay was fine, but for the cost, I would hope all the issues would be fixed or not issues in the first place.

Compared to other hotels, pet fees are ridiculous. They should be embarrassed of that. I’ve stayed at much nicer places for less money that allow pets. Not a terrible place, but there’s much better options within 20-30 minutes of the place.

Room was very clean and quiet; beds were very comfortable; hotel was very easy to get to - right off the highway but no highway noise at all; gas station right in front of the property made gassing up in the morning easy. I wish there had been a restaurant within walking distance but the one that was recommended was good and wasn't too far away. Wallpaper in the bathroom needs to be replaced.
