The athletic room was spacious. An eliptical machine I used was not functioning properly. Otherwise the room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed. Provided very good sleep. Hotel rate was reasonable.

This is an interesting property. Half of it is updated and the other half appears to be a hold over from the 70s. That said the staff are great, the parking is very good and it’s conveniently located.

Check in was quick and easy. We were offered a interior room with a balcony. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The maid service was great. They were super attentive. The hotel itself is super unique! Love the koi pond. There was a craft fair of sorts there over the weekend. We had such a great time! Best birthday ever! Thank you!

We check in late they had us on our way to our room in under 2 minutes it’s Very clean, very comfortable, great staff, late check out is their normal check out time, you could see the thruway from parking lot (but not a noisy location only figured it out the next day when we saw the hotel from the thruway HOW conveniently located it was) an entire restaurant row for dining options and to TOP it off the price was more affordable than a cheap motel for a 4star Hotel 10/10 recommend

Great hotel close to the airport with all the luxuries you could ask for. Only stayed one night, but would stay here, again, if passing through Albany.

Great hotel for a weekend getaway
Beautiful hotel lobby as you enter to a warm and friendly greeting by the hotel staff. Our room was large and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had a good shower. They had a feature I wish more hotels would have, a wall mounted light up magnifying mirror. Since there were 4 of us we needed more towels and wash clothes delivered to the room as it was stocked for two. It was the fastest housekeeping delivery ever! We ate at the restaurant, Mr. D's. Although a bit over priced, the food was very good! We did not use any other amenities this time. The next time we are in Albany we will definitely stay here.

Lovely second stay at this hotel
wonderful stay and we loved the location of our room as we were able to walk from our room onto the courtyard area. Staff was very responsive. The drainage of our tub was slow with the stopper in place. It was fine when removed, but the drain beneath seemed dirty.
