Our room had the smell of old smoke and could definitely use some updating. The pool was the size of a hot tub. The parking was extremely limited unless you were willing to park off grounds. We won’t be returning.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was clean, the staff was friendly (especially the women in charge of the breakfast)! The gym was nice too. We were there for 2 quick nights and it was perfect for us. We had an issue with the pool being painted and the smell but they resolved the issue in a quick and friendly way.

The hotel was generally fine, but in need of some upgrading in my opinion. Pool area old looking too. Device great and friendly. Price kind of high but very convenient in center city location.

Second stay at this property. Last visit the room was clean. This visit it was necessary to leave the bathroom ventilation fan on for the duration due to a mildew small. Toilet was not as clean as previous visit as well.

Clean with great customer service.
The room was great. The kitchen area had a sink, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast was good. The muffins and potatoes were delicious. The only negative was that the shower was stuck on massage mode and only one section of it worked. In their defense, I didn't contact anyone about it. It wasn't a painful massage setting. My boyfriend and I will definitely stay there again.

Unique hotel in the heart of Saratoga
This is a very unique hotel with lots of character. Great location and the staff was pleasant and friendly.
