We arrived late after a long drive. The push carts for luggage were missing. The whole front office team jumped into action and help bring everything to our room. Bed was great. Room was also very nice and clean.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn. The associates are always friendly and helpful and it is always clean. I like to take the shuttle to and from the airport.The shuttle gets me to the airport on time and the drivers are very nice.. Will stay here again when visiting family and friends in Albany

I'd stay again
Room was clean and tidy, and no noticeable smell. Shuttle was waiting at the airport, and there was no wait to take me back the next day. Service was great overall. There's not much more I can say since I was only there for about 10 hours.
