After struggling to find the place (there are no signs..probably not allowed I assume), I entered the non descript building to find a lovely home. Welcomed and provided with keys and location to parking lot around the corner. My room was in "the annex" a few doors down. We took the elevator to the eight floor and I was reminded of old hotels I stayed in back in the 60's; long hallway, old fashioned door handles and locks, but when entering the room, I found a neat and roomy and clean space, with a small cook top, coffee machine, refrigerator and a work nook. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom VERY small and old fashioned with cast iron tub and shower curtain but all worked fine. I did not make breakfast so unable to comment on that. Area is very nice, across from a beautiful park and a 15 minute walk to the Egg and the government center. Plenty of restaurants and safe. A few blocks off can get a bit spicey but I roamed that area too with no problems. As I was alone, it was great; fair price and I felt comfortable, although totally on my own. Not your typical B&B so if you are used to being coddled, probably not for you. But if you are looking for a clean and reasonable priced place in a very nice location, give this a try.
BTW, the wifi was lousy in the room. It seems it is meant for you to go to the lobby to use it.
