The apartment is part of the Al Brich farmhouse in Albaretto della Torre. The bedroom has a double bed or 2 single beds with the possibility of adding 1-2 beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. From the terrace you can enjoy a fabulous panoramic view that sweeps over the surrounding hills and up to the mountain range of the Alps. The terrace has a table, chairs and deck chairs. Albaretto della Torre is a small town located at 670 meters. s. L.M. and takes its name from the medieval tower above it.
There is widespread cultivation of the precious 'tonda gentile' hazelnut which boasts the protected geographical indication (I. G.P.). The cultivation of this hazelnut is practiced by the 'Al Brich' farmhouse together with that of the Dolcetto grape vines, which in this area are located at the highest altitudes that they are allowed. A short distance away we find Alba, renowned for the 'truffle fair' which takes place from early October to late November and the 'vinum' wine fair held in the spring.
30 km away. away is Bra, famous for the cheese festival, called 'cheese' which takes place every two years in September. In the surroundings we find numerous towns including Bossolasco: 'the pearl of the Langhe'. Murazzano: famous for its 'tuma', cheese made from sheep's and cow's milk; in August there is the festival of this specialty.
Dogliani: retains its many events including the 'harvest festival' in September. Cortemilia: important for the hazelnut festival in late August. In these places the writer B. Fenoglio was inspired by his numerous works as well as spending different periods of his life there. Numerous castles, including that of Serralunga d'Alba, Barolo and Grizane Cavour, now home to wine bars, remind us of our past history.
For nature lovers you can go hiking (with maps offered by the farm) on foot or by mountain bike, made available to customers on paths that cross rural and wooded areas still untouched.
Numerous itineraries for motorcyclists on the Langhe hills and for the most romantic 11 themed stages that trace the life and history of the inhabitants of these hills in the characteristic 'Romantic road of the Langhe and Roero'. Finally for sportsmen, in the immediate vicinity there is a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch. A few kilometers away there is also a riding school and a swimming pool.
