This is an autonomous unit, with independent entrance and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, living room and kitchen, old house of the oven and now modernized and adapted to the latest equipment: stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The house is also equipped with bed linen, towels and toiletries.
The restoration of this unit, carefully made to integrate all the old furniture and utensils, sought to maintain the proper identity of a country house, adapting it to the current comfort. The Portuguese sidewalk, so typical of our country, was not forgotten in its interior patio where it lives with a garden full of flowers. It is a pleasant and safe place for children too. These are welcome and up to the age of 6 years stay free of charge in the parents' room. Visitors also have access to free on-site parking and a tree-lined pool / pool that creates a relaxing environment and allows everyone to refresh on warmer days. Its large lawn filled with flowering trees and shrubs at different times of the year completes the scenery. is also a space conducive to the games of the younger ones.
Its location at the crossroads of the two most important motorways in the country that cross from north to south and from east to west, A1 and A25, with their connections to many others, allow in less than 1 hour the visit to the historic cities of Coimbra , Porto and Viseu in less than 20 minutes to visit the city of Aveiro, so typical for its canals and the boats that cross them, the Moliceiros boats. The wonderful beaches of the region, Barra, Costa Nova, Torreira and the natural phenomenon of our region, the famous Ria de Aveiro, with all its diversity of flora and fauna are also less than 30 minutes away. In the Ria de Aveiro it is possible to practice various water sports, sailing or ki-surfing, among others. The walkways that surround it allow the use of the bicycle to appreciate all its nooks and crannies.
