The village of Alberta Beach is set on the south east shores of Lac Ste. Anne 60 km West of Edmonton and is primarily used for recreation. Alberta Beach is a popular resort to visit and attracts more than 3,000 visitors on a busy summer or weekend.
There are 3 private parking spots available in front of the home. The village and amenities can be accessed by car, bike, or walking.

✦✦ A refundable damage deposit of $750 CAD is required after your reservation is confirmed, along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. This deposit is a pre-authorization on your payment method and will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items. etc. to our home after your stay. Mystique Properties reserves the right to charge up to $1,000 if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover any claims.

✦ Profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles and no reviews, booking requests will be manually reviewed and subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
-This is a NON-PARTY home. If there is evidence of a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. A fee of $500 will be applied.
- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $90, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
