This was my second stay here, having evacuated from hurricanes two years in a row. The hotel is reasonably priced, has free breakfast, and was super quiet. I work from home, so I was able to work in my hotel room with the free wifi. Very convenient with lots of restaurants etc very close by.

This is my second time staying there. The first time was excellent. This time, the rooms felt damp. the shower had mold on top. the showerhead was leaking water outside the tub. Shower curtain was falling off. I don't know if something changed with management, but something felt different. The continental breakfast needs improvement not fully stocked.

We only needed a room for overnight as we were driving to Louisiana to drop our son off at school. I wasn't expecting this to be a 5-star hotel stay, but I did expect it to be clean. The front desk agent tried to rush me through initialing the check-in paperwork-I'm sorry, Sir, but I like to read what I'm signing. Even with that, I was still ok...until I had to kill a roach in the bathroom. That ruined it for me.

I have always liked the property and it’s Cleanse and never before have I had a problem with the room not being clean, The mirror had something splashed all over it seems to be black ink all over the mirror and the cover ,bathroom toilet was very nasty,broken and stopped up,floor and sink was nasty. Had to clean up myself before using the bathroom.
