Located in the countryside, in Aude, this charming renovated cottage with an area of 140m2, is located in a hamlet opposite the small village of Albières, in the green corbières. (see access plans). With two terraces and an enclosed courtyard in the shade of an ash tree, it offers a lovely panoramic view of the valley. The capacity is from 2 to 6 people.
The cottage is located in a dead end, fully equipped with tv, 3 double bedrooms, large living room, lounge with corner sofa, room with table football, WIFI internet, exterior with terraces, garden furniture, table tennis table, 2 private parking spaces. Linens provided (all inclusive) ... The right place!
All around there are swimming areas, the Gorges de l'Orbieu, Lac d'Arques and its keep, located 10km away, Cathar castles, Rennes le château, Limoux at 35km ...

Ruim huis met fantastisch uitzicht.
Een ruim huis, goed uitgeruste keuken. Grote terras met zwembad heeft een prachtig wijds uitzicht. Kinderen vermaken zich hier prima met tafeltennistafel, voetbaltafel en zwembad. Ook is er een kast vol spelletjes. In de omgeving is zeer veel te bezichtigen en te doen. Vanuit het huis kun je heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, weten veel over de omgeving te vertellen. Mooi plekje waar je helemaal tot rust komt!

Belle région mais location loin de tout. A privilégié si vous restez sur place
Très bon contact avec la propriétaire personne agréable et qui nous donne des idées de sorties. Nous sommes cependant déçu de la location qui n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il faut prévoir plus de vaisselle, d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de condiments.La maison manquait également de finitions, cela nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Au niveau de la propreté cela restait très moyen. Attention aux marches à l'intérieur de la maison qui n'était pas précisé et qui peuvent poser problème pour des personnes âgées. Par contre terrasse agréable avec une vue superbe et une petite piscine bien agréable en ces temps de forte chaleur. Un beau village a découvrir mais très loin de tout . Il faut compter près de 30mn pour aller au premier supermarché et les routes sont très sinueuses.

Super gîte
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte, les enfants ont adoré le babyfoot et le pingpong, moment de détente après nos excursions. Le gîte est spacieux, au calme , bien aménagé et très agréable. Nous le conseillons vivement.

Séjour avec superbe vue au calme
Belle maison dans un environnement calme et avec une superbe vue. Propriétaire sympa et qui nous a bien guider pour les visites du coin. A été de très bon conseil. Je recommande ++++
